What am I paying $25 for?

The $25 covers your access to the Chef's monthly ordering window through The BRDGE. Think of it as your membership fee for that month. The food itself is separate — once you receive the menu and place your order, you'll be invoiced for the meals at the standard menu prices. The $25 is just what gets you in the door.

When does my order window open?

The ordering window opens on the 1st of every month and closes on the 10th. On the 1st you'll receive an email from The BRDGE with that month's menu and your order link. You have 10 days to browse, decide, and submit. After the 10th the window closes and orders are locked in for fulfillment.

What's the minimum order?

The minimum is 25 meals per order. This applies to the total order, not per person — so if your team of 10 each wants 2–3 items, that counts toward your 25. If you're not sure whether your team size works, reach out and we'll help you figure it out before you sign up.

What if I join mid-month — do I miss this month's window?

If you join before the 10th you'll get access to the current month's ordering window and can place an order right away. If you join after the 10th, your first ordering window opens on the 1st of next month. Either way you'll get a confirmation email letting you know exactly when to expect your first menu.

What happens after my trial month?

Nothing automatic. Your trial covers one month of access and that's it — you won't be charged anything further unless you choose to upgrade. At the end of your trial month you'll receive an email with the option to become a monthly member at $29/month. If you don't upgrade, your access simply expires. No surprise charges, ever.

How does delivery work?

The BRDGE handles all of it. Once your order is submitted, our team coordinates directly with Garbanzos' kitchen, confirms your delivery date, and brings the food to your office. You'll receive a delivery confirmation with your scheduled time window. All you need to do is make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Can I skip a month?

If you're on the trial, you've already paid for one month of access — you can choose to place an order or not, but the $25 is non-refundable regardless. If you're a monthly member at $29/month, your membership renews automatically each month. You don't have to order every month but your membership fee still applies. If you want to pause or cancel, just let us know before your next billing date.

What about dietary restrictions and allergies?

All Garbanzos items are available in gluten free and dairy free versions. Every monthly menu includes a full allergen breakdown for each item so you can make informed choices for your team. If you have a specific allergy concern beyond what's listed, reach out before placing your order and we'll confirm directly with the kitchen.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email us at info@thebrdge.com anytime before your next billing date and we'll cancel immediately — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. We'd rather you come back when the timing is right than feel stuck in something that isn't working for you.

My team is bigger than 75 people. Can we still order?

Absolutely — but a standard membership isn't the right fit for a team that size. We build custom programs for larger offices that include dedicated account management, flexible scheduling, and volume pricing.
