You know exactly who carried your business this year. But when you're running a team of eight or fifteen, a real year-end celebration is hard to pull off. Venues want minimums. Caterers need deposits. And somebody has to plan the whole thing on top of their actual job.
The Executive Gala gives small teams something usually reserved for big corporate budgets: a red carpet, a chef-crafted plated dinner, live entertainment and a dance floor, all in one evening produced for you.

Dress up and feel celebrated. You don't need a tuxedo or a gown: rich fabrics, sharp tailoring and a little sparkle are all it takes to look the part on the red carpet.

Frequently asked questions
Is this event only for business owners?
No. It's for your whole team. Business owners and managers reserve a company table, then bring their employees. Owners are welcome to celebrate alongside their teams.
Can I purchase a table for my employees?
Yes, that's exactly how it works. Choose a table of six or eight on our Showpass page, and your team will be seated together for the evening.
What if my company has fewer than six employees?
Details will be confirmed before the event. In the meantime, many smaller teams fill their table by bringing partners or guests. Get in touch through our Showpass page and we'll help you find the right fit.
Can employees bring their partners?
Each seat at your table is a full guest place, so it's your call. You decide who fills your company's seats, whether that's employees only or employees and their partners.
Will our company sit together?
Yes. Every package includes reserved company seating. If you book more than one table, we'll seat your group together.
What's the dress code?
Festive formal: dressed up, polished and celebratory. Think velvet or tailored blazers, dark suits, satin or silk dresses, elegant jumpsuits and sparkling accessories. See our outfit guide for ideas.
Is dinner included?
Yes. Every seat includes the welcome reception with appetizers by Sunterra Market, a plated dinner by Chef Ensi and Hearty Delicious on Boards, and a dessert experience by Bread & Rusk.
Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Details will be confirmed before the event. We'll reach out to every table holder about their guests' dietary needs once the menu is finalized.
Will there be alcohol?
Details will be confirmed before the event. Bar service is still being finalized, and we'll share the details with every table holder.
Can we swap or transfer guest seats?
Yes. Guest substitutions are free. Send the new guest's name, and any dietary needs, to thebrdgeyyc@gmail.com by December 4 so we can update the guest list and seating.
What is the refund policy?
All table purchases are final. If someone on your team can't attend, you're welcome to send another guest in their place at no charge. Just send us the new guest's name by December 4. If The BRDGE cancels the event, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price. If the event is moved to a new date, you can keep your table for the new date or request a refund.
