What is The BRDGE?
Calgary's catering platform built around local chefs — we handle everything from order to delivery so you just show up.
How does THE BRDGE work?
Order online or reach out for custom events. We coordinate the chefs, manage logistics, and deliver on time. You get great food and an invoice.
Who are the chefs on THE BRDGE?
Licensed professionals in AHS-approved kitchens — no home cooks, no ghost kitchens. Just genuinely talented people who take their craft seriously.
What makes The BRDGE different?
The food is better. The service is fuller. We curate exceptional local chefs, coordinate everything, and deliver an experience — not just a meal.
Is The BRDGE a restaurant?
Nope. Think of us as Calgary's workplace food department — one platform, the city's best chefs, zero hassle
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
48 hours minimum. For 100+ guests, 5–7 days so we can build the right menu.
Can I order from multiple restaurants or caterers at once?
Yes — mix cuisines, get one delivery. That's one of the best things about The BRDGE.
What about food safety?
Every chef uses an AHS-approved facility. Food travels in temperature-controlled packaging. Always.
Office Programs
How far in advance do I need to order?
For recurring programs, we set everything up upfront so you never have to order again. For one-time events, we ask for 48 hours minimum notice.
What's the minimum team size?
We work best with teams of 10 or more. Our programs are designed for offices of 50–300 people but we're happy to chat about your specific situation.
How does billing work?
One invoice at the end of each month covering everything. No tracking multiple vendors or chasing receipts. Just one clean invoice you can expense easily.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. During onboarding we collect every dietary need, allergy, and preference across your team. Every order is coordinated around them from Day 1.
Is there a contract?
Recurring programs require a 3-month minimum commitment with 30 days notice to cancel. This keeps your chef lineup secured and your pricing locked in.
Who are the chefs?
Every chef in our network is vetted, relationship-based, and local to Calgary. We don't onboard just anyone — quality and reliability are non-negotiable for us. Meet our chefs →
Become a Vendor
What are the requirements to join as a vendor?
To get started, simply fill out our vendor application form. We’ll ask for a few details about your business, menu, and operations to make sure it’s a good fit. Once submitted, our team will review your application and follow up with next steps.
