How far in advance do I need to order?
For recurring programs, we set everything up upfront so you never have to place an order again — food shows up on schedule every week without you lifting a finger. For one-time events, we ask for 48 hours minimum notice.
Clients on active programs spending $1,300+/week unlock same-day service with as little as 5 hours notice — so when something unexpected lands on your desk, you're never scrambling.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. During onboarding we collect every dietary need, allergy, and preference across your entire team. Every single order is coordinated around those requirements from Day 1. You tell us once — we handle it permanently.
What's the minimum team size?
We work with teams of 15 or more. Our programs are designed for offices of 10–300 people — if you're not sure if we're the right fit, book a free tasting and we'll figure it out together.
Is there a contract?
Recurring programs require a 3-month minimum commitment with 30 days notice to cancel. This keeps your chef lineup secured, your schedule locked in, and your pricing consistent. After the initial term, programs continue month to month with the same 30-day cancellation notice.
How does billing work?
One invoice at the end of each month covering everything — every delivery, every program, every chef. No tracking multiple vendors, no chasing receipts, no reconciling five different charges. Just one clean invoice you can expense easily.
Who are the chefs?
Every chef in our network is personally vetted, relationship-based, and local to Calgary. We don't onboard just anyone — quality, reliability, and food safety are non-negotiable.
Many of our chef partners are independent cooks who couldn't access corporate clients on their own. The BRDGE is how they do.
How is The BRDGE different from just hiring a catering company?
A catering company delivers food. The BRDGE manages a program.
